Living room – measuring 7.5 x 4.75 metres with TV, CD/Cassette/FM Radio and digital satellite receiver for 'free to air channels' (BBC/ITV/ CH4/Sky News). The BBC and ITV have recently set up 'Freesat' which may cause a change in reception capability. The situation at the moment is that reception of the BBC channels in the Algarve is ok but the situation could change at any time if transmission power, or alignment, is altered. ITV + Channels 4 remain for the time being, although ITV is poor after dark.
The kitchen / Utility room is equipped with fridge freezer, Dual fuel cooker, gas (propane) hob & electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, citrus press, washing machine and dishwasher.
There is maid service 2 mornings each week and a gardener works one day each week.
